I know I will not be going to Twickenham now, why do I have to wait until April before I get a refund?

In order to complete the process in an efficient and timely fashion we will be processing the refunds in one batch.

Whilst we appreciate that some Season Ticket Holders will know already if they cannot attend, the majority will not know their availability until closer to the time.

By allowing Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to claim their position up until the 30th March 2018 (subject to availability of tickets) we can accommodate those whose availability is not confirmed until the last minute.

By processing refunds after the event, we will know exactly who has attended and who hasn’t and this also allows people to change their mind without a complex credit/debit process.

Can you refund me straight into my bank account?

You can opt for one of two refund options, a credit to your season ticket account – which can be put towards your 2018/19 season ticket or future match tickets- or alternatively, if a credit to your account does not suit your individual circumstances, we can arrange for a refund to your credit card or bank account.
