Sam joins twin brother Simon in the Bath Rugby Academy ahead of the 2018/19 season.
The hooker, who has been with the Club for past four seasons will make the step-up to the senior Academy setup having been involved in the Premiership Rugby A League and U18 competitions last season.
Sam has also won international honours with Italy in the Six Nations last year.
