Bayliss is one of the most exciting young back rowers in the country. He helped guide England U20 to a Six Nations Grand Slam and a place in the final of the 2017 World Rugby U20 Championship alongside Club teammate Zach Mercer.
His physical attributes stand out, even above and beyond his peers as an elite level back row player. His capacity for work and repeat efforts that Josh possesses is second to none, and his game continues to develop with his attacking support play and his defensive breakdown skills being real areas of strength, with the potential to be real points of difference for him as a Premiership performer in the future.
