Seven Bath Rugby changes for trip to Glasgow Warriors

19 January 2023

Bath Rugby have made seven changes for the EPCR Challenge Cup trip to Glasgow Warriors.

Juan Schoeman and Johannes Jonker have been introduced into the front row while Will Spencer and Chris Cloete come into the second and back row respectively.

Louis Schreuder is at scrum-half, meaning Tom Dunn will take the captaincy from hooker. Piers Francis’ inclusion at fly-half sees Orlando Bailey move to full-back and fellow Academy back Max Ojomoh lines up on the wing.

The familiar centre duo of Cameron Redpath and Ollie Lawrence, alongside wing Joe Cokanasiga, complete the backline.

Ted Hill and Miles Reid continue at blindside flanker and Number 8, and Australian Fergus Lee-Warner is set to continue at lock.

On the bench, Jonathan Joseph and Richard de Carpentier return to the matchday 23.
