Bath Rugby welcome Harlequins to the Rec on Saturday afternoon for Round 8 of the Gallagher Premiership. Kick-off is at 14:15 with the game being aired live on BT Sport Extra 3*.
Harlequins are coming into this game after an away trip to Wasps in Round 7 of the Gallagher Premiership. At the Ricoh Arena, Harlequins put six tries past the home side and pushed on to seal the win with a 49-17 victory. This is Harlequins' third win away from home and sees them sit sixth in the Gallagher Premiership with 19 points.
Bath Rugby are fully focussed on getting back to winning ways following a disappointing performance in Round 7 against their local rivals, Bristol Bears. However, Bath currently has the bragging rights over Harlequins from the 19/20 season with home and away Gallagher Premiership wins. An impressive away performance that provided 41 points at the Twickenham Stoop, including that interception try by Lewis Boyce, and a tight affair at the Rec sealing a hard-fought victory 19-12 in February 2020.
Harlequins are currently under the control of General Manager of Rugby, Billy Millard after the departure of Paul Gustard. They'll be looking to build on last week’s performance however they will have to face a Bath Rugby team that will be determined to reverse recent results and return to winning ways back at the Rec.

LAST TIME OUT AT THE REC
A Ruaridh McConnochie brace took Bath fifth in the Gallagher Premiership with a third win in a row over Harlequins 19-12.
In rainy conditions in the West Country, the home side started on the front foot, going ahead on 11 minutes as England man Ruaridh McConnochie crossed the line.
Rhys Priestland added a penalty but was then charged down by in-form Alex Dombrandt, the No.8 easily dotting down to cut the deficit to 8-5.
After the break, Marcus Smith converted his own score to put Harlequins in front, but McConnochie doubled his tally and Freddie Burns added a pair of penalties to seal the result.
