Hailing from Chippenham RFC, Tom Dunn set out on a path to play for Bath Rugby and England from an early age.
His determination paid off as he came through the club pathway to earn his Blue, Black and White debut against Calvisano in 2012 and a decade later, he has over 150 Bath appearances to his name.
As a youngster at Bath, Dunn was a loosehead and spent two years on loan at Chippenham before earning a full-time contract and under the stewardship of Neal Hatley and Toby Booth, he reinvented himself, switching to hooker and over the course of three season, he honed-in on the skills required to take up his new position - and the hard work paid off.
The University of Bath graduate went on to solidify his place as a regular feature of the West Country first XV. He signed his first long-term contract in 2016 and, just one year later, was named in his first England squad. Two subsequent call ups followed in 2018 and 2019, respectively, before securing his first cap in the 2020 Guinness Six Nations against Italy.
One of the toughest competitors in Premiership Rugby, Dunn is solid at the set-piece, a very strong tackler and as a ball carrier he fights for every metre. He has also scored a number of tries for Bath and was joint top scorer alongside Will Muir in the 2020/21 season.
