Tom Doughty is dynamic player with a high work rate and a great desire to develop his game.
The hooker came into the Senior Academy after impressing for the University of Bath in the BUCS Super Rugby where he captained the side and became the all-time BUCS Super Rugby leading try-scorer in 2018.
Whilst at University, Doughty starred for Bath United in the Premiership Rugby Shield and did make his senior debut for the Blue, Black and Whites in the Premiership Rugby Cup, coming on as a replacement against Newcastle Falcons in 2018.
He appeared on the bench in the Premiership three times in the 2020/21 campaign without gaining any minutes and headed out on loan to Coventry where he featured twice before being recalled.
Doughty came back to debut in the Premiership and then Europe, earning his first starts in both competitions in January 2022.
