Ticket Management Guides

As a Season Ticket Holder, you are eligible to use our Ticket Exchange and Ticket Forward/Download services.

All Season Ticket Holders have been issued with a digital or physical season ticket but can utilise these services for all fixtures.

Ticket Exchange and Ticket Download will open the Monday prior to the date on which the match is due to play. The time period for Ticket Exchange and Ticket Download will be determined at the Club’s discretion.

  • Ticket Exchange – allows Season Ticket Holders to make their seat available to be purchased for a one-off game. Season Ticket Holders will receive 60% of the value of the match-pay ticket added as a credit to their Bath Rugby Client ID account. For more info please see our Ticket Exchange Terms and Conditions.
  • Ticket Download – Ticket Download will convert the season ticket into a digital match ticket. Selecting Ticket Download will generate an email to the account holder with a digital / print@home ticket and will remove access from the season ticket (both digital and physical cards) for that selected game only. Once downloaded, the tickets can be forwarded to an email recipient to be used as print@home or digital download to Google Pay and Apple Wallet devices.
  • Create a NetworkThe “My Network” feature is a useful function in your account, that allows you to link accounts together so you can manage, apply and buy tickets or memberships to Bath Rugby events for your friends and family.
