Which games are included in the 2022/23 season ticket?

Your season ticket will include all regular home fixtures - not including knock out fixtures, where you will have first refusal for your seat. 

 

Which games are included in the 10-Game season ticket?

10 fixtures will be chosen by the club once all 2022/23 fixtures are announced. You cannot choose which fixtures you attend.

When will the season start?

The season is expected to start in September 2022. We look forward to being able to confirm exact dates soon.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A GAME IS CANCELLED?

If Premiership Rugby or European Rugby announces that a game has been cancelled due to Covid-19, Season Ticket Holders will be eligible for a game credit, and will be contacted with details of how to claim.

What happens if my season ticket is not displayed when I log in to my account?

If the season ticket you are looking to renew is not seen on screen, please email seasontickets@bathrugby.com

WHY HAVE I BEEN CHARGED A BOOKING FEE?

The £3.50 (including VAT) per season ticket booking fee is a third-party processing charge and is non-refundable.

NEW SEASON TICKETS

If I am not currently a Season Ticket holder - how do I become one?

A Bath Rugby Club Membership offers the best opportunity to becoming a Season Ticket Holder for the 2022/23 season. Club Members are given priority access to any season tickets that become available. 

If you purchased a Club Membership in 2021/22, you will be given first refusal on any season tickets that become available from Monday 13 June. 

Please note due to high demand, unfortunately there is no guarantee, through either Club Membership or the waiting list, of becoming a Season Ticket Holder for the 2022/2season. 

What is the Member priority window?

If you are a 2021/2Club Member you will be given a priority window to purchase a 2022/2season ticket from Monday 13th June. This priority window ends on Sunday 19 June 23:59.  

From Monday 20 June, the waiting list will be given access to purchase any season tickets that are available.  

Please note new Bath Rugby season tickets are very limited and are sold on a first come first served basis. 

 

How do I purchase a season ticket?

As a Club Member it is very simple to purchase a new Bath Rugby season ticket. 

Please use this simple step by step process to guide you through the process or refer to the steps below 

STEP 1: Log into your eTicketing account using your client reference number and password at eticketing.co.uk/bathrugby 

STEP 2: Click Season Tickets in the main navigation menu 

STEP 3: Select the seat(s) you would like to purchase & choose your preferred price class 

STEP 4: Proceed to checkout & select payment method 

If you would like to purchase two season tickets, you will need to create a network first. Please watch this useful video for how to do this. 

If you are on the season ticket waiting list, please refer to the link shared with you in the email you will receive on Monday 20 June to provide access to purchase a season ticket. 

What price category do I fall into?

To help you work out what category you fall into, here is a quick overview:

Price categories have changed slightly this season, so to help you work out what category you fall into, here is a quick overview:

  • Adult - supporters aged 26-64 years
  • Senior - supporters aged 65 and over
  • Young adult - supporters aged 17-25 years
  • Junior – supporters up to the age of 16. Must be booked with a full paying adult Season Ticket Holder. Under 2s will not require a seat and will be classed as ‘babes in arms’.

Please note: GOLD Young Adult, Senior or NextGen (junior) season tickets are only available to supporters who are renewing a season ticket. There will be no new GOLD Young Adult, Senior, NextGen (junior) season tickets available to purchase.

The pricing categories have been designed following extensive research and feedback from our supporters through both surveys and focus groups. As a result, some season ticket products have been discontinued for the 2022/23 season.

I am a disabled supporter or have specific accessibility requirements. What is the process for me purchasing a new season ticket?

If you wish to purchase a new season ticket but have specific accessibility requirements, please email accessibility@bathrugby.com

Am I able to purchase a season ticket for a child under the age of 4?

All children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket so can attend with a parent who has a valid season ticket.

If you are enquiring about a season ticket for your child between the age of 2-4, a NextGen season ticket will be required but this will need to be purchased via our Supporter Services team and not online.

If you would like to enquire or purchase this NextGen season ticket and you are this child’s legal parent or guardian, please call our Supporter Services team on 01225 536900 or email seasontickets@bathrugby.com.

How many season tickets can I purchase?

As a Member you are permitted to purchase two season tickets, one for yourself and one for someone else.

In order to do this you will need to create a network. Watch this useful video below to understand how to do this prior to logging on to purchase your season tickets.

When is the new season ticket purchase deadline?

The deadline to purchase a new season ticket is Saturday 10 July 2022 at 23:59. 

However, new Bath Rugby season tickets are very limited and sold on a first come first served basis so we expect to sell out before this date.

I do not have a smart phone or a computer, but I would like to purchase a new season ticket - how can this be done?

Our ticketing processes are now fully digital. 

An email address will therefore be required to purchase a new season ticket.

We are on hand to guide you through the process of setting up an email and registering to receive Club news.

Why have prices increased for the 2022/23 season?

The small inflationary price increase covers rising costs. 

How can I pay for my season ticket?

There are two payment methods available for the 2022/23 season.

You can pay in full at the point of purchase.

You can opt to apply for our finance scheme and pay monthly for your season ticket.

The finance scheme will be available for four or eight monthly instalments.

If you are a 2021/22 Season Ticket Holder, please check your account balance on e-ticketing.com/bathrugby, as you may still have remaining account credit.

Outstanding account credit can also be used towards the cost of your season ticket for the 2022/23 season. The amount of account credit you would like to apply to your account is selected at the point of payment.

Please note you cannot use account credit from anyone else's account, only your own. Please contact supporter services if you have any issues with accessing your account credit.

Can I purchase and pay online?

Yes – simply go to your eticketing account and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Can I spread my payments out?

The 4- or 8-monthly payment instalments through our finance scheme partner V12 Finance is the only alternative payment plan offered for season tickets in the 2022/23 season.   

Ahead of the 2022/23 season our finance provider has changed.  This is to provide our supporters with a more flexible option of 4- and 8-month payments.  Please note both options incur customer transaction charges. 

For example, if your season ticket is £503.50 (assuming £500 + £3.50 booking fee) you will repay £538.30 on 8 months, £67.29 per month. 

Do I have to pay the full amount at point of purchase?

Yes, unless you apply for our finance scheme, which involves 4- or 8-monthly payment instalments.  Please note the finance scheme incurs an up to 6.91% transaction fee (see HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE FINANCE OPTION question).

How do I apply for the Finance Option

Ahead of the 2022/23 season our finance provider has changed.  This is to provide our supporters with a more flexible option of 4- and 8-month payments.  Please note both options incur customer transaction charges. 

4-month               5.18% charge 

8-month               6.91% charge 

For example, if your season ticket is £503.50 (assuming £500 + £3.50 booking fee) you will repay £538.30 on 8 months, £67.29 per month.

Can I use my current account credit in payment for a season ticket?

You may have remaining account credit, which can be used towards the cost of your season ticket for the 2021/22 season. Please log in to your e-ticketing account and check your account balance.

Can I still donate my credit to the club instead of using it against my new season ticket?

Some of our supporters are still generously asking how they can help the club following these difficult times.

When will my season ticket arrive?

If you have an existing physical season ticket card we will add the 2022/23 season ticket access to that card.

Otherwise, from this season onwards, we will be issuing digital-only season ticket cards - there will be no new physical season ticket cards issued free of charge.

If you have lost your season ticket card and would like a new one, a £10 charge will be payable to cover the cost of printing, postage & packaging. These season ticket cards will be issued from August 2022. 

What if I cannot make it to a match?

All Season Ticket Holders have the option of ticket forwarding. 

Ticket forwarding allows a 2022/23Season Ticket Holder the option to forward their season ticket to another supporter, on a match-by-match basis, only if they are unable to attend the fixture themselves. 

Please note season ticket terms & conditions stipulate that strictly NO financial gain shall be made from forwarding on your season ticket. 

There is no charge for this service however, valid email contact details will be required for the recipient, enabling us to forward on the digital season ticket for that fixture. 

You can also upgrade a NextGen (junior) season ticket to an adult ticket. 

If a NextGen(junior) Season Ticket Holder is unable to attend a fixture, a fee can be paid for the NextGen (junior) season ticket to be upgraded to an adult ticket for that fixture. This upgrade will also be subject to a booking fee and will be based on the category of the fixture on a match-by-match basis. 

Stewards on the entrance gates will check to ensure that tickets are being used by supporters of the correct age. 

For a limited volume of fixtures, and only within certain categories, there is also the option of ticket exchange. Season Ticket Holders can add their ticket to the ticket exchange if they are unable to attend that fixture. The60% credit is only applied to the Season Ticket Holders account if the uploaded ticket is sold for that fixture.  

Ticket Exchange will be live from the Monday of the week of the fixture until the night before the fixture. 

If I cannot attend all matches purchased with my season ticket, can I get a refund at the end of the season?

Season tickets are non-refundable even if at the end of the season you were unable to attend any of the fixtures (depending on which type of season ticket you purchased).  

Please refer to the frequently asked question above around the options if you cannot attend every fixture in the season. 

What communications will I receive as a Season Ticket Holder?

If you are opted in to receive marketing emails from the club, you will be sent all communications from Bath Rugby including team news, specific member newsletters and updates, retail announcements and much more.

However, if you unsubscribe to all communications, this will remove you from ALL general communications from Bath Rugby.

This includes any membership or club marketing emails, however, you will continue to receive email messages related to specific transactions from Bath Rugby.

You are not required to consent to receiving promotional emails, texts, or calls as a condition of using bathrugby.com or purchasing Bath Rugby tickets or memberships.

If you are currently unsubscribed, and would like to receive emails from the club, you can resubscribe at any time by updating your eTicketing account.

Once you are logged in, head to MY ACCOUNT > UPDATE PERSONAL DETAILS > NEWS DELIVERY PREFERENCES and select the relevant boxes and press save.

HOW DO I RENEW?

As a 2021/22 Season Ticket Holder it is very simple to renew.

STEP 1 Log into your e-ticketing account using your client reference and password at eticketing.co.uk/bathrugby

STEP 2 Click on the notification in your inbox and add to basket

STEP 3 Proceed with payment – the same seat you had in 2021/22 will be secured

CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY EXISTING SEASON TICKET?

You can manage your name and address details within your online e-ticketing account. Simply log onto your account via eticketing.co.uk/bathrugby.

To change the season ticket to another user please contact the supporter services team via email (seasontickets@bathrugby.com) and one of our team members will get back to you.

CAN I RELOCATE OR UPGRADE MY EXISTING SEASON TICKET?

We will do everything we can to accommodate any seat move requests - subject to availability.

You will need to complete the online application form and we will process your application during the seat mover window.

IF I CHOOSE NOT TO RENEW CAN I HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING CREDIT REFUNDED?

Account credit cannot be refunded. However, credit can be used against match tickets, hospitality and purchases in the Bath Rugby Club shop. 

I WANT TO RENEW MY SEASON TICKET BUT SIT IN A DIFFERENT SEAT, WHAT DO I DO?

You can request to move seats until Sunday 22 May.

If you would like to upgrade or change your seat, you will need to fill in the online application form and we will process your request during the seat mover window.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder with specific accessibility requirements and you have applied to move seats, we will recommend the best entrance and exit routes for that seat depending on if your application is successful.
