Neal Hatley

Head Coach

After rejoining the Club as Forwards and Defence Coach following England’s World Cup campaign in Autumn 2019, Neal Hatley was also appointed Head Coach in August 2020.

Hatley brings a wealth of coaching experience and knowledge of high performing environments following his time with England, as well as his previous coaching spells at Bath and London Irish. The development of the squad and the game we want to play will be significantly benefited by the strength and quality of Hatley’s skills and track record of developing world-class players, and driving the performance a squad on and off the pitch, to win games at the very highest level.
