Reeling from the nerves of the last minute victory against Leicester Tigers last weekend, Bath Rugby were determined to get back on track at Franklin's Gardens and maintain top spot in the Guinness Premiership for at least another week and although the final score was 28-28 - Bath managed to do just that. Bath Rugby bounced back from last weekend's heartbreaking defeat in Toulouse with a hard-fought 13-9 Heineken Cup victory against Newport Gwent Dragons at the Rec. Read more 

With just three days to recover from the remarkable victory over London Wasps on Wednesday night, it was a new-look squad that took to the field for the EDF Energy Cup match against Leicester Tigers and whilst motivation was high, the Guinness Premiership leaders could not produce a repeat performance and the Tigers left the Rec with a 15-19 win.
