CURRENT VACANCIES

Casual Grassroots Coaches

Bath Rugby is looking for Level 1 and 2 RFU qualified coaches to support across all school and club delivery. The desired candidate would ideally be able to work across camps, school delivery and evenings. This is across Bath, Dorset, Wiltshire, and Somerset.

We have numerous events planned throughout the year so looking for someone to get started with us asap!

We can offer potential successful candidates the opportunity to gain an RFU qualification based on previous rugby coaching experience.

Alternative Learning Coach (Bath Rugby Foundation)

Bath Rugby Foundation, the charitable arm of Bath Rugby, is looking for an Alternative Learning Coach to join their team at the Alternative Learning Hub. 

The successful candidate must have a can-do attitude and work calmly under pressure as part of a team environment. 

They will also have skills to relate to young people and demonstrate listening skills without judgement.

Inclusion Officer (Bath Rugby Foundation)

This role will see the successful candidate responsible for overseeing the delivery, organisation and quality assurance of multiple of Foundation's programmes in schools and community settings throughout Bath and beyond. 

The programmes overseen by the Inclusion Officer are specifically designed to increase physical activity levels and wellbeing of those with disabilities and special educational needs. 

The Inclusion Officer will be a highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced coach with a proven track record of using sport to develop physical, personal and social skills and delivering education and health messages.

Matchday Volunteers (Bath Rugby Foundation)

Help us raise vital funds for young people in our community at Bath Rugby matchdays through selling raffle tickets and charity bucket collections. 

All volunteers are provided with a free ticket to the Bath Rugby game, training and development and social opportunities to get to know your fellow community members.

Community Coach (Bath Rugby Foundation)

Reporting to and working with the Delivery Lead, the Community Coach is responsible for being a lead deliverer across all Bath Rugby Foundation Outreach programmes in schools, clubs and community settings throughout Bath and the surrounding areas.

Our children and young people’s programmes aim to build and develop our participants confidence, life, skills and independence. We work closely with individuals, families, schools, and clubs to unlock potential, reignite self-belief and provide opportunities for children of all abilities and backgrounds 

The Community Coach will be an energetic, passionate, and qualified sports deliverer has both experience and skill in using sport to develop physical, emotional, and social skills.
