How do I receive my £5 credit?

 Buying premium membership online

  1. After a recommended friend (new Premium Member) purchases a membership online, they will receive an email with their client reference number.
  2. The recommended friend (new Premium Member) must then either email, telephone or visit the ticket office within 24 hours and quote both their client reference number and their friend’s (existing Premium Member’s) client reference number.
  3. The ticket office will apply a £5 credit to each account.

Buying premium membership via telephone or in-store

  1. The recommended friend (new Premium Member) needs to quote their friend’s (existing Premium Member’s) client reference number at the time of purchase.
  2. The ticketing team will apply a £5 credit to both accounts.

Criteria

The recommending friend (existing Premium Member) must already be a Premium Member for the 2019/20 season.

The recommended friend (new Premium Member) cannot have been a Premium Member in the 2018/19 season.

The voucher is only available for new recommendations at the time of purchase (or within 24 hours if online) and can’t be used retrospectively.

Only one £5 credit can be applied per transaction.

A recommending friend (existing Premium Member) may recommend as many friends as they would like – earning a £5 credit each time a friend successfully registers and pays for a premium membership.

How can I redeem my £5 credit?

The recommended friend (new Premium Member) will be advised their credit has been applied via telephone, email or face-to-face depending on method of contact. Their friend (existing Premium Member) will be advised via email.

Once applied, this credit can be used towards the purchase of a match ticket for an event taking place up to and including 31st December 2019.

You can redeem it when logged into your account online, by telephoning the ticket office, or visiting the ticket office in person.
