This season there are two Club Membership products available

No fixtures are included in the 2021/22 Club Membership however you will receive a priority window to purchase tickets to each home fixture (subject to availability) before they go on general sale.
The 2021/22 season will start for Bath Rugby on Saturday 18 September with an away fixture against Sale Sharks.
The first home fixture at hte Rec is against Newcastle Falcons on Saturday 25 September.

The current roadmap out of lockdown from the UK Government is on track.
Pilot events were delivered throughout April & May.
The Government has now also removed all legal limits on social contact, reopened any remaining closed settings and enabled large events above the capacity restrictions to take place.
The UK Government is currently on course to deliver both vaccines doses to all adults by September 2021.
With these steps in place, we are confidently planning to fully reopen the stadium in September 2021.
If you came to the Scarlets fixture back in December 2020 or the Northampton fixture in June 2021 you will know that we worked hard to ensure the safety of our supporters, staff and players.
Feedback from the game was extremely positive, with almost 99% saying they felt safe or very safe and would want to return to the Rec again, when permitted.
Your safety is our absolute priority. Please find below the actions we will take, if required, to protect you at the Rec:
We will continue to follow all UK Government guidance regarding safety at sporting events and will put the health and wellbeing of our supporters at the forefront of everything we do.
We have also been certified as a Covid Safety Certified Venue by the National Tourist Organisation.
As a Club Member you can choose to attend fixtures on a match-by-match basis (subject to availability) so you can choose to return to the Rec when you feel comfortable and ready.
Please rest assured we will be doing everything we can to make sure the Rec is a safe environment.
If games are postponed and you puchased a match ticket for the postponed fixture, your match ticket remains valid for the re-arranged date.
If Premiership Rugby or European Rugby announces that a game has been cancelled due to Covid-19, match ticket purchasers will be eligible for a game credit, and will be contacted with details of how to claim.
If there are any further changes to the UK Government guidelines, or social distancing measures are put in place for the 2021/22 season, we will act in accordance with the requirements and communicate how we will allocate seating with a reduced crowd.
We will accommodate our 2021/22 Season Ticket Holders as a priority for these reduced events, followed by our Club Members.
Wheelchair users will be balloted separately for fixtures with limited capacity. The same percentage ratio of supporters will be applied to this ballot process.

All children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket so can attend with a parent who has a valid Membership & match ticket.
If you are enquiring about a Membership for your child between the age of 2-4, a NextGen Club Membership will be required but this will need to be purchased via our Supporter Services team and not online.

As a Club Member one of the primary benefits of your Membership is the priority access to match tickets you are given for every home fixture in the 2021/22 season, which are played in front of full capacity crowds.
As a Club Member for most home fixtures, you will be permitted to purchase two match tickets (in total) per Club Membership.
For some fixtures, you will be permitted to purchase up to four match tickets (in total) per Club Membership. We will communicate this when we contact you about your priority purchase window for each fixturein the 2021/22 season.

To minimise contact points between supporters, staff and players, we have moved away from paper ticketing to an entirely digital process.
An email address will therefore be required to purchase a Club Membership.

The £1.50 (including VAT) booking fee per Club Membership is a third-party processing charge and is non-refundable.
Back in June 2020 if you opted to receive account credit for any cancelled fixtures which you had purchased a match ticket for (which you were not permitted to attend due to the Covid-19 pandemic) please log in to your e-Ticketing account and check your account balance.
You may have remaining account credit, which can be used towards the cost of your Club Membership for the 2021/22 season.

From this season onwards, we will be issuing digital-only Club Membership cards - there will be no physical Club Membership cards issued.
If you are opted in to receive marketing emails from the club, you will be sent all communications from Bath Rugby including team news, specific member newsletters and updates, retail announcements and much more.
However, if you unsubscribe to all communications, this will remove you from ALL general communications from Bath Rugby.
This includes any membership or club marketing emails, however, you will continue to receive email messages related to specific transactions from Bath Rugby.
You are not required to consent to receiving promotional emails, texts, or calls as a condition of using bathrugby.com or purchasing Bath Rugby match tickets or memberships.
