2022/23 CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

What is the Club Membership?

  • Adult Club membership (£50.00)
  • For age 17+ years 
  • Age taken as on 31 December 2022

 

Which games are included in the Club Membership?

No fixtures are included in the 2022/23 Club Membership however you will receive a priority window to purchase tickets to each home fixture (subject to availability) before they go on general sale. 

When will the season start?

The 2022/23 Season will start on the weekend of 9/10/11 September.  Fixtures will be announced on 19th July 22.

What are the benefits of a 2022/23 Club Membership?

This season, the Club Memberships will include;

What if a game is postponed?

If games are postponed and you puchased a match ticket for the postponed fixture, your match ticket remains valid for the re-arranged date.

What happens if a game is cancelled?

If Premiership Rugby or European Rugby announces that a game has been cancelled, match ticket purchasers will be eligible for a game credit, and will be contacted with details of how to claim.

How do I purchase a Club Membership?

EXISTING MEMBERS:

If you are an existing Member it is very simple to renew your Club Membership.

Please use this simple step by step process to guide you through the process.

STEP 1: Log into your eTicketing account using your client reference number and password at eticketing.co.uk/bathrugby

STEP 2: Click Memberships in the main navigation menu

STEP 3: Select the Club Membership(s) you would like to purchase

STEP 4: Proceed to checkout & select payment method

If you would like to purchase two Club Memberships you will need to create a network first. Please watch this useful video for how to do this.

NEW MEMBERS:

If you are purchasing a new Club Membership, please click this link, create an eTicketing account and then follow steps 2, 3 and 4 above.

Do we get a priority ticket purchase window for every home fixture in the 2022/23 season?

As a Club Member one of the primary benefits of your Membership is the priority access to match tickets you are given for every home fixture in the 2022/23 season, which are played in front of full capacity crowds.

 

How many match tickets can I buy using my Club Membership priority window?

I am disabled or have specific accessibility requirements. What is the process for me purchasing a Membership?

If you are a supporter with an access requirement, make sure you are registered on our Accessibility Requirement Scheme before purchasing a membership.

I do not have a smart phone or a computer, but I would like to purchase a Club Membership - how can this be done?

To minimise contact points between supporters, staff and players, we have moved away from paper ticketing to an entirely digital process.

An email address will therefore be required to purchase a Club Membership.

We are on hand to guide you through the process of setting up an email and registering to receive Club news.

Can I purchase and pay online?

Why have I been charged a booking fee?

The £1.50 (including VAT) booking fee per Club Membership is a third-party processing charge and is non-refundable.

Can I use my current account credit in payment for a Club Membership?

Back in June 2020 if you opted to receive account credit for any cancelled fixtures which you had purchased a match ticket for (which you were not permitted to attend due to the Covid-19 pandemic) please log in to your e-Ticketing account and check your account balance.

You may have remaining account credit, which can be used towards the cost of your Club Membership for the 2022/23 season.

Can I still donate my credit to the club instead of using it against my new season ticket?

Back in June 2020 if you opted to receive account credit for any cancelled fixtures which you had purchased a match ticket for (which you were not permitted to attend due to the Covid-19 pandemic) please log in to your e-Ticketing account and check your account balance.

You may have remaining account credit, which can be used towards the cost of your Club Membership for the 2022/23 season.

When will my Club Membership arrive?

From this season onwards, we will be issuing digital-only Club Membership cards - there will be no physical Club Membership cards issued.

What communications will I receive as a Club Member?

If you are opted in to receive marketing emails from the club, you will be sent all communications from Bath Rugby including team news, specific member newsletters and updates, retail announcements and much more.

However, if you unsubscribe to all communications, this will remove you from ALL general communications from Bath Rugby.

This includes any membership or club marketing emails, however, you will continue to receive email messages related to specific transactions from Bath Rugby.

You are not required to consent to receiving promotional emails, texts, or calls as a condition of using bathrugby.com or purchasing Bath Rugby match tickets or memberships.

If you are currently unsubscribed, and would like to receive emails from the club, you can resubscribe at any time by updating your eTicketing account.

Once you are logged in, head to MY ACCOUNT > UPDATE PERSONAL DETAILS > NEWS DELIVERY PREFERENCES and select the relevant boxes and press save.
