HAVE THE PRICES INCREASED?

The ticket prices for 2018/19 Season have gone up by 3%. This is in line with inflation which also stands at 3%.

WHY HAVE THE PRICES INCREASED THIS SEASON?

The increase in prices are in line with inflation which also stands at 3%. The season ticket is equivalent to a match ticket of £41 per game for Gold and £18 per game for a Terrace.

WHAT SAVINGS DO I MAKE AS A SEASON TICKET HOLDER?

Full Season Ticket Holders make a saving against the cost of buying a ticket for all 16 home games, whilst 10 Game Season Ticket Holders make a saving against the cost of buying the 10 Cat 2 and 3 games included in their package. These savings range from £250 for a Silver Season Ticket to £140 for a Terrace Season Ticket.

The season ticket is equivalent to a match ticket of £41 per game for Gold and £18 per game for a Terrace.

The average ticket price for an adult match ticket in the 2017/18 Season was £56 for Gold and £29 for Terrace.

WHEN DOES THE SEASON TICKET RENEWAL PERIOD OPEN?

The renewal period for season tickets will open on 16th May 2018.

During the window you will be charged our renewal rate.

WHEN DOES THE SEASON TICKET RENEWAL WINDOW CLOSE?

The renewal period for season tickets will close on Friday 15th June 2018.

If we receive your application after this date, we cannot guarantee that your season ticket position will still be available and you will be charged the new Season Ticket Holder price.

HOW DO I RENEW?

You will be sent an email with all your renewal information including a link to our etickets page to renew online. Or click here to go to our eticketing site.

Alternatively, if we do not currently correspond with you on email then you will be sent an application form.

HOW DO I MOVE POSITION?

Should you wish to apply for a change of position for 2018/2019 then an application will need to be made via an application form and sent to the Bath Rugby Ticket Office by the renewal closing date of Friday 15th June 2018.

An application form will be included in your renewal email, sent as part of your renewal letter if you do not receive emails it can be downloaded here.

Simply fill out your season ticket details and then list down your first and second choice of moves. All applications to move are dealt with on a first come first serve basis with seats offered from best available at time of sale. Whilst we will endeavour to fulfil your request to move, all areas and price bands are subject to availability with Gold and Silver seating particularly limited.

If we are unable to fulfil your request to move your existing position will be renewed unless you have informed us otherwise.

HOW I ACCESS MY TICKET EXCHANGE CREDIT OR CLASH CREDIT TO USE TOWARDS MY SEASON TICKET PAYMENT?

Any credit held in your etickets account from previous Ticket Exchange transactions or an application for a Clash credit will be available in your etickets account.

If you renew online this credit will be automatically take off of your renewal amount. If you are applying by form please call the Ticket Office on 0844 448 1865 to discuss your credit with a member of our team.

SHOULD I KEEP HOLD OF MY CURRENT SEASON TICKET CARD?

Unless you have applied to move or have changed price (perhaps changing from an adult ticket to a concession) then you should keep hold of your season ticket card. Each year once you have renewed your card becomes active for the next season and all information needed to enter the Rec on matchday is uploaded.

IS THE CLASH BEING HELD AT TWICKENHAM AGAIN?

After the great success of the last two season’s we will be back at Twickenham for another instalment of The Clash in the 2018/19 Season. Once again, the match is included in your season ticket and those wishing to attend will need to claim their tickets when we launch later this season. Those wishing not to attend are entitled to a refund for that proportion of their season ticket.

NEW AND EXISTING

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SEASON TICKET IN INSTALMENTS?

We offer a direct debit service on all renewal and new season tickets via Zebra Finance. This scheme allows our Season Ticket Holders to pay for their season ticket over 10 months. Anyone can apply but you will need to be 18 or over and hold a bank or building society account, ensuring sufficient funds to meet the instalments.

There is a one off 6% administration fee per transaction and then 10 monthly payments if purchased by Friday 13th July 2018. To apply simply select the direct debit option online or tick the Zebra Finance option on your renewal form.

You will also need to fill out a Zebra Finance direct debit form. Alternatively you can download a form here.

HOW DO YOU QUALIFY AS A CONCESSION?

Concessions are classed as those 65 or over on or before the 31st December 2018, students with a valid NUS card for the year 2018 or 2018/2019 and youths aged 17 or under on 31st December.

WHAT AGES QUALIFY FOR A JUNIOR SEASON TICKET?

Juniors are those 16 and under on the 31st December 2018.

  • Babes in arms need to be in a front carrier - buggies, prams and carry seats are not permitted. They do not require a ticket and can be seated anywhere within the stadium, we do not recommend that babes in arms are taken into the Terrace areas.
  • Under 2s do not require a ticket and can be seated with a responsible adult. Children must be supervised in these areas at all times.
  • Over 2s require a ticket and can be seated anywhere within the Stadium. Parents/Guardians are advised to not take children into the Terrace areas. Children must be supervised at all times.

Please book appropriate seating, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reseat customers on match days.

WHAT IS A FAMILY TICKET?

Family tickets are available in both the silver seating (West H) and all blue seating areas.

A family ticket consists of one adult ticket and one junior. More than one family ticket may be purchased at once to allow for multiple adults and children.

WHAT IS A 10-GAME SEASON TICKET?

A 10-game Season Ticket offers you 10 games across the season for an unbeatable price. The ticket will feature a mixture of Gallagher Premiership, European Champion Cup and Premiership Rugby Cup matches across the season and an advance priority window to purchase tickets for the other six. The 10-game Season Ticket is a covered or open seat in our blue areas and a budget price.

WHEN DOES THE SEASON START?

Traditionally the Premiership season starts the first weekend in September, here at Bath we play our first home match of the season over the second weekend of the season.

HOW AND WHEN DO I FIND OUT WHEN THE FIXTURES WILL BE?

We will have confirmation of our opposition and the weekends the games will be played in the Premiership from late June, with the two cup competitions following in July and August.

These fixtures are then confirmed once we have confirmation of the selected televised matches for that round. The fixtures are announced in waves during the course of the season.

ARE NEW SEASON TICKETS AVAILABLE?

We currently cap our season ticket numbers at the Rec, though each season we do expect some people not to renew. We then release these tickets to our existing Premium Members.
