WILL THERE BE ANY SEASON TICKET PRODUCTS AVAILABLE NEXT SEASON?

Due to the ever-changing landscape of the COVID-19 and Government restrictions there will be no 20/21 season tickets.

When will supporters be able to return to the Rec?

Based on the current UK Government guidelines, supporters could be permitted to return to the Rec in April 2021. This is subject to change but the Club continues to work closely with DCMS to ensure the safety of our supporters, staff and players is at the forefront of all decisions.

Apart from 2020/21 Club+ & Club Members, will anyone else be able to get tickets to the Rec next season?

Club and Club+ Members and Hospitality Box Holders, and Annual Customers are the only supporters able to purchase tickets to the Rec next season. You will not be able to purchase additional tickets for non-Members in the 2020/21 season.

How will tickets be issued for matches in the 2020/21 season?

Club+ Members will be given access to a ticket ballot for each match (when available).

Club Members will be given access to an allocation of match tickets on a first come first served basis (when available).

More information about accessing tickets at the Rec this season will be provided when there is more clarity from the UK Government around bringing supporters back to the Rec.

If I have outstanding Ticket Exchange funds (funds on my account) from the 2019/20 Season, can I use this to pay for my 2020/21 Membership?

Yes. All credit on accounts can be used towards any memberships, ticket and purchases on the Bath Rugby eticketing site. Credits do not have an expiry date.

Is there a finance scheme available for the 2020/21 season?

There is no official finance partner offered by the Club for the purchase of any Membership or ticket in the 2020/21 season.

How will you be issuing Memberships for the 2020/21 season?

All Members will be issued with a downloadable (through Google Pay or Apple Wallet) digital Membership card valid for the 2020/21 season. This will be sent directly to the email address of the purchaser.

I do not have a smart phone or a computer, but I would like to purchase a membership, how can this be done?

Keeping the safety of our supporters, staff and players at the forefront of all our decisions, we have moved to being completely paperless and digital with our processes from the 2020/21 season onwards. An email address will therefore be required to purchase a membership.

I have attended matches on an ad hoc basis throughout the last few seasons, how can I continue to attend matches at the Rec for the 2020/21 season?

For the 2020/21 season, Club and Club+ Members and Hospitality Box Holders, and Annual Customers are the only supporters able to purchase tickets to the Rec next season.

2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

Do I need to pay for my usual season ticket for the 2020/21 season?

For the 2020/21 season, there will be no Season Ticket products. All 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders will be offered the opportunity to purchase a Club+ Membership, which is exclusive to those who held a 2019/20 Season Ticket.

Will there be any season ticket products available next season? 

Due to the ever-changing landscape of the COVID-19 and Government restrictions there will be no 20/21 season tickets.

What happens to my season ticket if I don’t want to return to the Rec next season?

We will hold your seat, free of charge. If you don’t want to purchase a Club or Club+ Membership for the 2020/21 season but do want to retain the option to renew your season ticket for 2021/22 season then you will need to request this using this form.

Please note that you will lose any associated benefits as a Season Ticket Holder until you renew for the 2021/22 season.

 

Will I still receive the Season Ticket Holder benefits throughout the 2020/21 season if I have deferred my season ticket to the 2021/22 season?

You will lose any associated benefits as a Season Ticket Holder until you renew for the 2021/22 season.

Should I keep hold of my season ticket card from the 2019/20 season?

Yes, please keep hold of your season ticket card. However, it will not be accepted throughout the 2020/21 season, whilst we operate with the new Membership Scheme. 

If the capacity increases to allow a full stadium, will I be able to purchase a Club+ membership half-way through the season?

The Club+ Membership will be available exclusively to 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders for a limited time only. Club+ Memberships can be purchased until 31 December 2020.

I am a Junior Season Ticket Holder (2019/20) what options are available to me?

If you are still under the age of 16, you are eligble to purchase one of our new NextGen Club+ Memberships. You are the next generation of Bath Rugby, our players & our fans.

The NextGen Club+ Memberships are exclusively available to our current 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders only.

I requested a seaon ticket holiday, can I still purchase a Membership?

Yes, you can still purchase a Membership. If you would like to cancel your season ticket holiday and purchase a Bath Rugby Membership for this season, please email tickets@bathrugby.com to let us know.

2019/20 PREMIUM/HALF-SEASON MEMBERS

If I am currently a Premium / Half-Season Member which type of membership is available to me for the 2020/21 season?

The Club Membership is available to all Bath Rugby supporters. Click here to see the benefits included in this Membership product

I purchased the Premium / Half-Season membership so I could have access to a season ticket for the 2020/21 Season, can I still get access?

All supporters who purchase a Club Membership for the 2020/21 season will be given priority access to the waiting list for season ticket products in the 2021/22 season.

CLUB+ MEMBERSHIP

What is the benefit of becoming a Club+ Member versus a Club Member?

Club+ Memberships are exclusive to our 2019/20 Bath Rugby Season Ticket Holders and will have priority access to the largest volume of balloted tickets available for all matches played in front of a crowd.

Can I sit in my usual seat?

When we are able to invite supporters back to the Rec, all seating will be unallocated and Club+ Members will have priority access to a ballot application process. 

BT Sport Match Pass

A quick explanation on the BT Sport Match Pass in the 2020/21 season.  

The passes are valid for Gallagher Premiership home fixtures only and are applicable for the first four rounds of the season. 

Have a read through the following challenges to avoid any issues in the future:  

  • If your email address is suppressed, we will not be able to issue you with a pass. 

  • If you purchased multiple Club+ Memberships using one email address, you will need to provide separate email addresses for each Membership. A BT Sport Match Pass will be issued per email address not per Membership. 

  • If you are a 2019/20 Season Ticket Holder who has not purchased a Club+ Membership for the 2020/21 seasonyou will not receive a pass. The Club+ Membership has replaced season tickets for the 2020/21 season due to COVID-19. The benefits Season Ticket Holders received in the 2019/20 season (including BT Sport Match Pass) expired when we launched the new 2020/21 Memberships on Wednesday 18th November.

IMPORTANT BT SPORT MATCHPASS INFORMATION

  • Club+ members will not be charged for a Match Pass.
  • The BT Sport Match Pass (the “Match Pass”) will be offered for every game your team plays at home.
  • The Match Pass is limited to one per eligible Club+ Membership or equivalent membership. It’s not transferable.
  • Eligibility for the Match Pass is at the Club’s discretion and is not determined by BT.
  • Club+ members must be an individual aged 18 or over.
  • Club+ members must have a registered UK address.
  • Club+ members must have purchased a Club+ Membership or equivalent product from the Club.
  • Club+ members should not apply for a Match Pass if you are an existing BT Sport customer.
  • The Match Pass will expire shortly after the match is aired.
  • Match Passes are for non-commercial use only.
  • Match Passes will not be made available for matches shown free-to-air by Channel 5 or for the Premiership Rugby final itself.
  • The Match Pass scheme may be terminated at any time without notice.

Through purchasing a Club membership will I still have the opportunity to upgrade to a season ticket for the 2021/22 season?

Yes, all supporters who purchase a Club Membership for the 2020/21 season will be given priority access to the waiting list for season ticket products in the 2021/22 season.

NEXTGEN MEMBERSHIP

With my Club membership, how many NextGen memberships can I purchase?

There is no limit on the number of NextGen Memberships you can purchase. Shoot for the stars! 

With my Club+ membership, how many NextGen memberships can I purchase?

There is no limit on the number of NextGen Memberships you can purchase. 

With my Club+ or Club Membership, how many junior tickets can I purchase?

There will be a limited number of junior tickets available per match.

Why am I not able to purchase NextGen Club+ for my son or daughter?

Only Junior Season Ticket Holders from 2019/20 season can purchase NextGen Club+ due to the limited access to tickets throughout the 2020/21 season. The only difference to each membership is NextGen Club+ will be included within the priority ballot for matchday tickets. 

I have purchased the NextGen Club membership for £25, will my son/daughter and I be able to attend a fixture?

NextGen Club members will have access to matchday tickets (once available) after the priority ballot. Please note, any junior wishing to attend a fixture this season must attend with a legal parent or guardian who has access to tickets through their adult Club+ or adult Club membership for 2020-21. 

I have purchased NextGen Club membership for £25, when will I receive my welcome pack including the membership card and gift?

Due to reduced workforce in our shop, we kindly ask you to allow 10 working days (2 weeks) to receive your delivery from the point of purchase 

I have purchased NextGen Club membership for £25, how do I redeem my 10% discount on junior coaching camps and merchandise in the store as well as the 15% off Opro mouthguards?

All exclusive discount codes will be shared with members within the welcome pack letter, as well as on email after registration.

As mentioned above, please expect both these pieces of communication to arrive with you within 10 working days (2 weeks).

How do I stay up to-date with the exclusive junior content?

If you have opted in-to the monthly emails, parents or guardians will receive all the content within these.

If you have opted out of weekly emails, you can keep up-to-date through the website or social media @bathnextgen on Instagram and Twitter.

I have purchased the NextGen Club membership for £25, will my son or daughter have a chance to meet the players or attend exclusive events?

With the current situation due to COVID-19, we have deliberately removed events from this membership.

However, if the situation changes and we are able to safely deliver exclusive events at the Rec and Farleigh House – these will be added to the membership at a later date.

In the meantime, the competitions will be led by gifts and experiences within the community (junior coaching).

I have received weekly Kids’ Zone emails over the past 6 months, will the Bath Rugby Kids’ Zone section of the website and weekly emails continue?

No, the NextGen brand and membership is replacing the Bath Rugby Kids’ Zone. Therefore, your son or daughter will need to sign-up to NextGen membership to receive the exclusive child-friendly content moving forward.
