WHAT SAVINGS DO I MAKE AS A SEASON TICKET HOLDER?

As a Season Ticket Holder you will take advantage of saving the following in each area as opposed to purchasing on a match by match basis.

Gold season ticket - saving £255

Silver season ticket - saving £265

Bronze season ticket - saving £214

Blue season ticket - saving £154

Terrace season ticket - saving £180

WHEN DOES THE SEASON TICKET RENEWAL PERIOD OPEN?

The official season ticket renewal launch is Wednesday 8th May.

During the renewal period you will be charged our renewal rate.

WHEN DOES THE SEASON TICKET RENEWAL WINDOW CLOSE?

The renewal period for season tickets will close on Friday 7th June 2019 at 12:00.

If we receive your application after this date, we cannot guarantee that your season ticket position will still be available and you will be charged the new Season Ticket Holder price.

HOW DO I RENEW?

If you are opted in to recieve marketing communications, you will be sent an email with all your renewal information including a link to our etickets page to renew online. Or click here to go to our eticketing site.

Alternatively, if we do not currently correspond with you on email then you will be sent an application form.

HOW DO I MOVE POSITION?

Any existing season ticket holders who wish to apply for a seat move or an upgrade to seating from Terraces can do so through the application form which will be included in your renewal email or sent as part of your renewal letter if you do not receive emails. Alternatively, you can download the form here.

The form will need to be sent to the Bath Rugby Ticket Office along with your renewal details and will be dealt with on a first come first served basis from the 10th June until the 21st June. Should we be unable to move you to the requested position we will renew your existing position unless you have informed us otherwise.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY TICKET EXCHANGE CREDIT OR CLASH CREDIT TO USE TOWARDS MY SEASON TICKET PAYMENT?

Any credit held in your etickets account from previous Ticket Exchange transactions or an application for a Clash credit will be available in your etickets account.

If you renew online this credit will be automatically taken off of your renewal amount. If you are applying by form please call the Ticket Office on 0844 448 1865 to discuss your credit with a member of our team.

SHOULD I KEEP HOLD OF MY CURRENT SEASON TICKET CARD?

Unless you have applied to move or have changed price (perhaps changing from an adult ticket to a concession) then you should keep hold of your season ticket card. Each year once you have renewed your card becomes active for the next season and all information needed to enter the Rec on matchday is uploaded.

IS THE CLASH BEING HELD AT TWICKENHAM AGAIN?

Since 2017 we have taken one of our 16 home games to the home of England Rugby, the historic Twickenham Stadium. Following the great success of the last three seasons, it is the intention that The Clash will happen in Spring 2020. The match is included in your season ticket and those wishing to attend will need to claim their tickets when we launch later this season.

Those wishing not to attend will be entitled to a refund, but 2020 The Clash event cannot be refunded at this time.

NEW AND EXISTING SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SEASON TICKET IN INSTALMENTS?

Our current finance provider, Zebra Finance has gone into administration. This has affected a number of rugby and football clubs across the UK. We are currently agreeing a new finance partnership, if you wish to pay for your season ticket in instalments please mark this on your application form or contact the ticket office. You will then be contacted once we have confirmed the new finance provider for the 2019/20 season.

HOW DO YOU QUALIFY FOR A CONCESSION?

Concessions are classed as those 65 or over on or before the 31st December 2019, students with a valid NUS card for the year 2019 or 2019/2020 and youths aged 17 or under on 31st December 2019.

WHAT AGES QUALIFY FOR A JUNIOR SEASON TICKET?

Juniors are those 16 and under on the 31st December 2019.

  • Babes in arms need to be in a front carrier - buggies, prams and carry seats are not permitted. They do not require a ticket and can be seated anywhere within the stadium, we do not recommend that babes in arms are taken into the Terrace areas.
  • Under 2s do not require a ticket and can be seated with a responsible adult. Children must be supervised in these areas at all times.
  • Over 2s require a ticket and can be seated anywhere within the Stadium. Parents/Guardians are advised to not take children into the Terrace areas. Children must be supervised at all times.

Please book appropriate seating, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reseat customers on match days.

WHAT IS A FAMILY TICKET?

Family tickets are available in both the silver seating (West H) and all blue seating areas.

A family ticket consists of one adult ticket and one junior. More than one family ticket may be purchased at once to allow for multiple adults and children.

WHAT IS A 10-GAME SEASON TICKET?

A 10-game Season Ticket offers you 10 games across the season for an unbeatable price. The ticket will feature a mixture of Gallagher Premiership, European Rugby and Premiership Rugby Cup matches across the season and an advance priority window to purchase tickets for the other six. The 10-game Season Ticket is a covered or open seat in our blue areas and a budget price.

WHEN DOES THE SEASON START?

Traditionally the premiership season starts the first weekend in September however, due to the World Cup being played in Japan this year our season will open in late September.

HOW AND WHEN DO I FIND OUT WHEN THE FIXTURES WILL BE?

Fixtures are preliminarily released in June or July these will be confirmed once the televised matches of the rounds have been selected.

ARE NEW SEASON TICKETS AVAILABLE?

We currently cap our season ticket numbers at the Rec, though each season we do expect some people not to renew. We then release these tickets to our existing Premium Members and Members.

Our existing Premium Members will have the first priority period when season tickets go on sale. This exclusive window is open on Monday 24th June.

Beyond this priority access window, available season tickets can be purchased by supporters who have registered their interest in becoming a Bath Rugby Season Ticket Holder.
