Bath Rugby could welcome a number of key players back for Thursday evening’s European Rugby Challenge Cup fixture against Cardiff Blues at the Recreation Ground, kick-off 19:45, with Francois Louw, George Ford, Jonathan Joseph and Taulupe Faletau all in the mix for selection.
The squad will be looking to bounce back from the 28-3 defeat to the Welsh side at Cardiff Arms Park last weekend, and could be bolstered by the return of a number of internationals for the crucial home tie.
It would be back rower Louw’s first appearance for Bath this season, after sustaining a hamstring injury on duty with South Africa in October. Ford and Joseph are also back in contention following their international exertions. Joseph scored twice during the 37-21 victory against Australia and in the process the two Bath players helped equal England’s all-time record of 14 wins.
Tickets are still available for the much-anticipated Anglo-Welsh fixture and you can book your seat online here, over the phone on 0844 448 1865 or in person at the Ticket Office on Pulteney Bridge.
