Matchdays at the Rec bring not only the iconic home of Bath Rugby, but the entire City of Bath to life.
Below are details of what you can expect with us every matchday, but make sure you keep an eye out for our 'Three things you won't want to miss this weekend' features to find out more about special matchday activities for our supporters.
Happy hour runs every matchday from gates opening for one hour.
You can enjoy a £1 off discount off Bath Ales Gem and Thatchers Gold at all bars, or make your way to the Swift Half and sample some of the selected promotions from the Great Western Wine bar.
Want to get closer to the game than ever before? Bath Rugby is proud to announce that this season supporters can be kept as informed as possible with the Premiership Rugby Fan Radios!
With the Fan Radio service you are able to hear the referee or live match commentary, while it also allows access AM/FM radio, has a changeable battery and additional headphone jack to allow for using your own headphones rather than the built-in earpiece if you prefer.
Available for purchase from both the Bath Rugby Shop and the Ticket Office, the radios will be available for only £12 (£10 for Season Ticket Holders).
The Club Shop on Argyle Street and the Mobile Unit in the main car park will be packed with all your Bath Rugby merchandise requirements. Grab yourself a bargain in our start-of-season clearance sale, with items starting from just £1!
A number of tempting concessions are situated within the ground to tickle your tastebuds on a matchday.
In addition to stocking Chunk of Devon's award-winning pies, pasties and sausage rolls in almost every Rec bar, the below concessions are also available on the outfield:

We will once again be running our pre-order and fast-track collection service. Available on Apple and Android devices, the “Bath Rugby Bars” App can be used to pay for beers, soft drinks and crisps ahead of the game and then collected from the Swift Half, North Terrace bars or the West (Gem) Stand bars. Orders can be placed in advance or on arrival at the Rec. The service will operate pre-match and at half-time.
To access the app, simply search “Bath Rugby Bars” in the relevant store for your device, download it, register your details and fast-track your order.

Celebrating a special occasion with us at the Rec?
We are happy to display messages for our supporters on the Big Screen during halftime to help make your day with us even more special.
In order to request that a message is shown, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with clear indication of the match in question. Please ensure that messages are sent through as you supporter would like them to appear, along with a family-friendly photo if you would like one to be shown alongside your message.
For Friday fixtures, the deadline for message requests is 12:00 on Thursday. For Saturday & Sunday fixtures, the deadline for message requests is 12:00 on Friday. Any requests received after these deadlines may not be processed.
Supporters are encouraged to use the excellent and hassle-free service offered by the Centurion Travel coaches driving you to the Rec from your local area. If you wish to book, or consult the time table, please visit http://www.bathrugbytransport.co.uk .
Alternatively, Bath Spa train station is a short walk away from the Rec if you are coming by train. Park & Ride services also operate seven days a week from three different routes in and out of the city.
If you’re a keen cyclist, free and secure parking spaces for bikes are offered at the Rec just next to the Pavilion.

Bath Rugby is committed to providing an inclusive and enjoyable experience at The Rec, accommodating spectators with any form of disability. The Rec offers wheelchair positions, easy access seating, toilet provisions and Accessibility Stewards to help enhance your visit on a matchday.
Wheelchair Positions & Easy Access Seating:
Wheelchair positions are available in the Novia (South) and Gem (West) stands, as shown highlighted in pink on the ground map below. Easy access seating is available in various parts of the ground for ambulant, blind and partially sighted spectators. Bath Rugby Ticket Office are happy to discuss individual’s specific requirements and offer advice on the most suitable position. A carer/companion ticket is available at the time of booking free of charge, if required. Parking is limited at The Rec however we will do our best to assist where possible. If we are unable to accommodate you with a parking space we can advise on local car parks, drop off points and public transport. The Rec is within close proximity of both Bath Spa Train Station and Park & Ride drop off points.All Great Western Rail trains and the Park & Ride buses are wheelchair accessible.
An entrance gate will be specified on your ticket. Williams Street gate, Sports Centre gate and South gate are wheelchair accessible. If you need to use an alternative gate to the one stated on your ticket please speak to the steward team leader on arrival.
Accessible toilets can be found in the Gem (West), Novia (South) & Dyson (East) stands. Some require the use of a RADAR key. Please ask the nearest steward if required. There is also an accessible toilet in the Medical Room behind the Thatchers (North) stand.
We have two designated Accessibility Stewards present on a matchday. They are based in the Gem (West) Accessible platform and the Novia (South) Stand. They can be seen in yellow hi-vis bibs with ‘Accessibility Steward’ on the back.
