Right now, all fixtures are currently postponed until w/c Monday 20 April at the earliest.

This period includes the Clash. The Clash has more significant operational considerations than games played at the Rec and we are working hard to understand the opportunity for rearranging the game at Twickenham on a future date, or possibly at the Rec.

We understand that supporters may have specific travel arrangements for this game and our intention is to communicate further details as soon as we can. Your season or match ticket will remain valid for the rearranged fixture if it can be played at Twickenham.

We expect to be able to confirm details regarding the rearrangement of postponed matches soon, when we will also provide information on the refund process if you are unable to attend the rearranged game or if it cannot be staged at an alternative date.

Will already purchased tickets for The Clash be valid for the rescheduled fixture? What if the new date is not convenient?

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TRAIN TICKETS AND HOTEL?

We understand that supporters may have specific travel arrangements for this game and our intention is to communicate further details as soon as we can. You will need to contact the company you initially booked your travel or accommodation with for any refunds however.

Our CEO Tarquin McDonald has this message for all our supporters: 

“As a Club we are committed to the safety of our supporters, our players and our staff. In light of this unprecedented situation a number of our fixtures will now be postponed.

“We are continuing to put measures in place to deal with ongoing developments and are in frequent dialogue with Premiership Rugby and our fellow Clubs. We will continue to monitor the situation with the UK Government, Public Health England and the NHS and respond accordingly.

“Our priority continues to be to protect public health and support in delaying the spread of COVID-19. We want to ensure our city, supporters, players and staff stay safe.

“You will undoubtedly have concerns for yourselves, friends and families at this uncertain time, and we ask you all to put your health and that of others first, following the advice provided by NHS and Public Health England and continue to be vigilant to the ever-changing situation. In the meantime please be patient with us as we confirm further information from Premiership Rugby and will continue to keep you informed.”
