Covid-19: Season Ticket Holders

AS A SEASON TICKET HOLDER WILL WE BE ENTITLED TO A FULL REIMBURSEMENT/CREDIT FOR THE GAMES WE WERE UNABLE TO ATTEND?

All fixtures are currently postponed until w/c Monday 20 April at the earliest.

Your season ticket will remain valid for the rearranged fixtures. We expect to be able to confirm details regarding the rearrangement of postponed matches soon when we will also provide information on the refund process if supporters are unable to attend any rearranged games.

Are we suspending the renewals period?

We had originally planned to open season ticket renewals this month.

However, we feel it is no longer appropriate to do so at this time of unprecedented uncertainty.

We know you all have many, many more important things to focus your attention on right now and until there is greater clarity on all of this, including our up and coming season, we will not be opening the renewals process. Please rest assured that when we feel it is the right time, we will be in touch with all of the information you need. Until then please keep safe and look after those around you.

Will the Season Ticket Renewal period stay the same?

We will be in touch with all our season ticket holders about the renewal window, but we anticipate this will open and run later than originally planned due to the match postponements.

IF YOU PAY MONTHLY FOR YOUR SEASON TICKET, WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR PAYMENTS DUE TO THE FIXTURES BEEN POSTPONED?

Your financial agreement is not with Bath Rugby, it is with a separate finance provider called Premium Credit.

We understand that your final payment for your season ticket will have been made this month. All fixtures are currently postponed until w/c Monday 20 April at the earliest. Your season ticket will remain valid for the rearranged fixtures. We expect to be able to confirm details regarding the rearrangement of postponed matches soon, when we will also provide information on the refund process if supporters are unable to attend any rearranged games.

Our CEO Tarquin McDonald has this message for all our supporters:

“As a Club we are committed to the safety of our supporters, our players and our staff. In light of this unprecedented situation a number of our fixtures will now be postponed.

“We are continuing to put measures in place to deal with ongoing developments and are in frequent dialogue with Premiership Rugby and our fellow Clubs. We will continue to monitor the situation with the UK Government, Public Health England and the NHS and respond accordingly.

“Our priority continues to be to protect public health and support in delaying the spread of COVID-19. We want to ensure our city, supporters, players and staff stay safe.

“You will undoubtedly have concerns for yourselves, friends and families at this uncertain time, and we ask you all to put your health and that of others first, following the advice provided by NHS and Public Health England and continue to be vigilant to the ever-changing situation. In the meantime please be patient with us as we confirm further information from Premiership Rugby and will continue to keep you informed.”
