Covid-19: London Irish Tickets

All Premiership competitions suspended following Government advice on mass gatherings

All Premiership competitions have today been suspended for five weeks as the UK continues to adopt measures to delay the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

With all matches affected by this situation due to be rescheduled, matchday tickets and season tickets will be valid for the rearranged game. We are working to ensure there is a robust process in place to handle ticket enquiries for the affected matches.

At this stage please do not contact the ticket office as our small team are working hard to ensure all these processes are in place.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH GETTING MONEY BACK FOR TICKETS ALREADY PURCHASED?

Tickets for Bath Rugby v London Irish will be valid for the rescheduled fixture.

We expect to be able to confirm details regarding the rearrangement of postponed matches soon, when we will also provide information on the refund process if supporters are unable to attend any rearranged games.

We will communicate to all ticket holders and supporters directly once we have more information.

I HAVEN’T CONTACTED THE TICKET OFFICE YET AS WE WEREN’T SURE IF IT WOULD BE CANCELED. DO I JUST WAIT TO HEAR FROM THEM REGARDING THE TICKETS?

Thank you for not contacting the ticket office at this stage.

We will be in touch with all ticket holders when we have more information. Tickets for Bath Rugby v London Irish will be valid for the rescheduled fixture.

DO YOU THINK THE POSTPONEMENT WILL GO ON FOR LONGER THAN FIVE WEEKS?

We are all in unchartered waters right now, at this Premiership Rugby’s intention is a return to action after the five weeks, however, this situation is ever-evolving and the safety of our supporters, staff and local community are our number one priority. We will be lead by Premiership Rugby and the RFU, under advice and directives from the Government, the NHS and Public Health England.

WHEN WILL THE FIXTURES BE RESCHEDULED?

We have not been advised of any dates for rescheduled matches but will continue to work with Premiership Rugby to rearrange fixtures and communicate this to supporters.

Our CEO Tarquin McDonald has this message for all our supporters:

“As a Club we are committed to the safety of our supporters, our players and our staff. In light of this unprecedented situation a number of our fixtures will now be postponed.

“We are continuing to put measures in place to deal with ongoing developments and are in frequent dialogue with Premiership Rugby and our fellow Clubs. We will continue to monitor the situation with the UK Government, Public Health England and the NHS and respond accordingly.

“Our priority continues to be to protect public health and support in delaying the spread of COVID-19. We want to ensure our city, supporters, players and staff stay safe.

“You will undoubtedly have concerns for yourselves, friends and families at this uncertain time, and we ask you all to put your health and that of others first, following the advice provided by NHS and Public Health England and continue to be vigilant to the ever-changing situation. In the meantime please be patient with us as we confirm further information from Premiership Rugby and will continue to keep you informed.”
