BATH RUGBY X COMPEED - ON YOUR FEET

Calling all University of Bath staff... We are delighted to welcome you to our 8-week On Your Feet fitness programme, in partnership with Compeed.

After what has been an incredibly difficult time for so many throughout the pandemic, this organised weekly occurrence will offer the opportunity to regain and retain their core aerobic fitness.

On Your Feet is a fitness programme that is delivered by Bath Rugby Academy and Community coaches, designed to combine basic aerobic fitness and touch rugby. The purpose of the programme is to get full-time employees thinking about their physical and mental health more regularly, finding time to exercise during your busy schedules. 

VENUE: UNIVERSITY OF BATH, FOUNDERS SPORTS HALL (AREAS 1-4)
DATE: EVERY MONDAY FROM 11TH OCTOBER - 28TH NOVEMBER
TIME: 11AM - 12 NOON
PROGRAMME DURATION: 8 WEEKS

PROGRAMME INFORMATION AND SURVEY

Taking place at the University of Bath, Bath Rugby are looking for 30 people who are looking to make a change and find an exercise routine that works for them. We are expecting a high uptake on this programme, so we will be selecting the 30 participants via a ballot. To ensure your name is in the hat, please fill out the below registration form and we will be in touch by the end of this month (September).

The number one key focus is to support every attendee so that their overall health and wellbeing improves over the two months, we can't wait to get started.
