Along with our Rugby camps, we also run a series of Skills Clinics. These sessions provide participants an opportunity to focus on specific skills and techniques in a particular area.
*BRAND NEW* Autumn Skills Clinics
5th November – Farleigh House, Bath
Open to U13s–U18s Boys
Bath Rugby’s prestigious Training Ground will open its doors to participants for a brand new skills clinic. Not only is this an exclusive opportunity to train where the players train, but you will also have the opportunity to meet some of the players, who will be hand to pass on their world-class knowledge. First team stars Nick Auterac, Max Clark, Charlie Ewels, Zach Mercer, Rhys Priestland, Elliott Stooke, Ben Tapuai, Jack Walker and Jack Wilson* will all be there to share their advice and skills.
The skills clinic will take place on Sunday 5th November from 9.30am to 3pm, and includes lunch – you’ll even eat where the players eat during their training sessions!
Sessions will provide participants the opportunity to learn about some of the most essential skills and techniques needed in rugby. Spilt into two separate areas, Forwards and Backs, they will focus on kicking, tackling, the breakdown, set piece, catch and pass and game understanding. The day will also include workshops on strength and conditioning, nutrition and injury prevention.
There are two skills clinics to choose from; Forwards Play and Backs Play.
Forwards Play - Covering rucks and mauls, lineouts and scrums and attacking and defensive play.
Backs Play - Covering kicking, attacking from set plays and attacking and defensive play.
