Henry Thomas, Chris Cook and Tom de Glanville return back to where it all started for them, at Bath RFC in episode 4 of our grassroots series.

The homegrown trio delve into their rugby journey, including hundreds of Bath Rugby appearances, England caps and much more.

Henry, Chris and Tom discuss their old memories, the importance of community hubs, highlights in their career and advice for anybody looking to take the same journey as them.

As a recent Academy graduate, Tom de Glanville also discusses the Bath Rugby pathway from grassroots club to DPP and Academy eventually ending up in the 1st XV – a must watch for all the budding Rugby players out there.

Chris Cook – “As soon as I came to my first Bath Rugby game, I looked at it and said ‘I want to do that’! To be sat here (at my grassroots club) having made that a reality with over 100 Bath Rugby caps is awesome and I’ll never get bored of it”

Rugby’s values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship are what makes the game special for those who enjoy the environment and culture they create.
