RECOVERY SHAKE
Coconut, avocado and blueberry
250ml milk
100ml coconut milk
20g PAS whey strawberry protein powder
40g fresh raspberries
40g fresh blueberries
¼ lemon (juice only)
½ small avocado
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.
This contains kcal 364
Fats: 14.8g (Saturated: 5.3g)
Carbs: 30.7g
Protein: 30.4g
POST WORKOUT
Banana, mocha and pecan
300ml milk
1 small, ripe banana
20g PAS whey chocolate protein powder
20g PAS whey coffee caramel protein powder
10g jumbo oats
20g pecan nut butter
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.
This contains kcal 665
Fats: 28.6g (Saturated: 5g)
Carbs: 48.3g
Protein: 55.5g
