The Bath Rugby Residential Camps return this summer! After a sell out last year, we will be returning to Bournemouth Collegiate School from 5–10 August and due to popular demand, there will be a new camp at Warminster School taking place between 19–24 August.
Here are three things not to miss…
1) Your chance to train like a professional rugby player
Camp participants will take part in rugby training sessions to help develop individual and team skills, as well as nutrition and education workshops, analysis and reflection sessions, and strength and conditioning as well as sessions on recovery and injury prevention. You’ll also produce your own independent development programme and learn ways in which to continue this after the camp. Last year, participants covered an average of over 20 miles during the week!
2) Eat like a professional rugby player
Mirror that of a first team player with a specific menu created for the week to ensure that energy levels are kept high, and that all participants get all the necessary food groups, vitamins and minerals. You will need around 3000 calories each day to keep those energy levels up.
3) Early bird deadline - Ends 31st of March!
Our first ever residential camp was a sell out with participants attending from Sweden, USA, Singapore and the UAE. With places limited, and demand high, participants are urged to book early to avoid disappointment.
The Early Bird Offer of £475pp for our Bournemouth Residential and £550pp for our Warminster Residential is available now until Saturday 31st March, so book your place here.
