10 lucky junior supporters were invited to be part of our matchday delivery team at last weekend’s home fixture against Leicester Tigers in the first ever Junior Takeover at the Club.
The successful individuals played a crucial role in helping us prepare for only our second game at the Rec this season. Aged between 6-11 years old, the participants were presented with the opportunity to go behind-the-scenes at the home of Bath Rugby. If you were at the match on Saturday or even followed the day on social media, you could not have missed the stars of the show displaying their undoubted talent.
From interviewing Director of Rugby, Stuart Hooper and updating our Instagram story to ensuring the ground was safe ahead of gates opening and announcing the team to the 13,000 fans in the ground, there was a lot of work that went into the experience.
On behalf of everyone at Bath Rugby, we’d like to say a huge thank you to the mini-matchday team. We could not have done it without you!
