The UK Government’s order to close all non-essential retail to reduce the spread of COVID-19 means that the official Bath Rugby Shop on Argyle Street will close until further notice.
Our official Club shop remains open online, and our click & collect service is available.
For all online orders, in addition to home delivery, you will be offered the option to collect your order, contact-free, from our official Club store on Argyle Street.
How does click & collect work?
Once you have placed your online order and requested to click & collect, you will be contacted by a member of staff from our official Club store. You will then be offered a day and time to collect your order. All you will need to bring with you is your email order confirmation. It’s as easy as that.
We understand that times are changing rapidly and so if you find yourself unable to collect during the lockdown, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order reference number and we will happily place an extension on your collection time or rearrange for home delivery.
An update to our returns policy
Bath Rugby have amended our returns policy to support customers ordering products during the lockdown. Any customer who has purchased an item on or after 1 November 2020 will be able to return for a full refund or exchange to the store when it re-opens.
A customer can return the item(s) to the store within 14 days from the shop re-opening. After this time, our standard return and exchange policies apply.
Please note that any personalised or special order item cannot be returned unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.
