The new ticket office is now open at Number 8 Pulteney Bridge, next to the Bath Rugby Shop, opening from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday, until the New Year and 9:15 until 5:30pm from the 3rd January.
The existing ticket office under the West Stand at the Rec will now be open for collections, matchday sales and inquiries on a matchday only, opening 3 hours prior to kick off. The Pulteney Bridge ticket office will be open from 9am until kick off and then for 45 minutes after the match on the day of a home game.
If you are collecting prebooked tickets, purchased up to 72 hours before kick off, you will be able to do so from the Pulteney Bridge ticket office until 3 hours prior to kick off and thereafter from the Rec ticket office under the West Stand.
