THREE PLAYERS TO WATCH:
White became the youngest player in Leicester Tigers’ Premiership history when he came off the bench in September 2016 at the age of 17 years and 151 days. White featured in the senior squad in the 2017/18 campaign before captaining England in the U20s Six Nations. Last season, the scrum-half made 25 appearances in the first team before coming on as a replacement for England in their 51-43 triumph over the Barbarians in June.
White came off the bench last weekend in the win against Exeter Chiefs, and will be looking to make his mark from the start at the Rec tomorrow afternoon.
Heyes made his breakthrough in 2018/19 appearing 20 times for Geordan Murphy’s side. A former goalkeeper in the Nottingham Forest Academy, the tighthead prop played for England in the U20 Six Nations before representing his country in the World Junior Championship in 2018 and 2019. A physical presence up front, Heyes will be looking to assert his authority from the outset against an experienced Bath Rugby front row.
Liebenberg joined Leicester from the Bulls ahead of the 2019/20 season. The former junior Springbok captain led his country at the U20s World Junior Championships following in the footsteps of his brother Wiaan, who currently plays for Top 14 side La Rochelle. A physical and mobile back rower, Liebenberg will look to make his mark at the Rec after being named among the replacements for the trip to the West Country.
