Bath Rugby season ticket renewals for the 2019/20 campaign are now live.
How do I renew my season ticket?
Simply log in to your account here and your renewal will be visible on the home page.
Click “RENEW NOW”, and follow the instructions. You will need to add your season ticket to your basket before processing payment.
Can I move seats?
If you wish to change position, you will need to fill in an application form and send it to the Bath Rugby Ticket Office before Friday 7th June.
A link to this form is included in your renewal email or if you recieve your renewal via post, you will get a paper copy. Alternatively, you can download the form here.
Simply fill out your season ticket details and highlight your first and second choice of seat moves.
All applications to move are managed with on a first come, first served basis with best available seats offered at the time of sale.
We will do our very best to fulfil your move request, however all areas and price bands are subject to availability, with Gold and Silver seating particularly limited. If we are unable to fulfil your request to move, your existing position will be renewed unless you have informed us otherwise.
Can I pay in instalments?
Our current finance provider, Zebra Finance has gone into administration. This has affected a number of rugby and football clubs across the UK. We are currently agreeing a new finance partnership, if you wish to pay for your season ticket in instalments please mark this on your application form or contact the ticket office. You will then be contacted once we have confirmed the new finance provider for the 2019/20 season.
How do I access my account credit to use towards my season ticket payment?
Any credit held will be available in your etickets account. If you renew online, this credit will be automatically taken off of your renewal amount.
Important season ticket renewal dates
- Wednesday 8th May – Official season ticket renewal window opens
- Friday 7th June – Renewal window closes
- Monday 10th June – Processing of mover applications
- Friday 21st June – Completion of all mover applications
- Monday 24th June – Remaining season ticket positions made available to current Premium Members
