On Saturday we welcome Italian side Rugby Mogliano to the Rec for Round 4 of the Amlin Challenge Cup, kick-off 15.00.
Gates open at 13.00 and you’ll be able to soak up the pre-match atmosphere in the Swift Half where there will be a Happy Hour running between 13.00 and 14.00. During this time, pints of Thatchers and Wadworths 6X will be just £2.50 per pint! We will also have Dave Attwood and Horacio Agulla serving behind the bar from 14.15, so pop by and say hello!
Don’t forget to pick up one of our new Bath Rugby pint glasses too. Available to buy from any of the bars for just £1!
We’ve spoken very nicely to Father Christmas, and he has agreed to take time out of his busy schedule to come and visit the Rec and will be accompanying Maximus prior to kick-off. Who knows, they might even have some festive treats to give out!
For our younger supporters, Maximus is once again offering the chance to be part of the matchday guard of honour. If you’re aged between 6-15, register your name before 14.30 at the Junior Membership Club marquee on the outfield. The first 40 children to do so will get to take to the pitch alongside their heroes as they run out to a packed Rec.
We have not one, but two Children’s Challenges running this weekend to keep our younger supporters entertained before kick-off. Can you do as many keepie-uppies as Matt Banahan or quickstep faster than Kyle Eastmond? The two winners on the day will each receive a signed team poster.
At half-time, three members of the Junior Membership Club will take on Maximus in a kicking contest. If you fancy the challenge, again, register your name at the marquee on the outfield before 14.30.
After the game, make sure you join us in the Swift Half where you can enjoy some live West Country music from the Mangled Wurzels whilst you discuss the days events with fellow supporters and members of the Bath Rugby squad.
There are still tickets remaining for this European clash, with great family and group offers available. Phone 0844 448 1865 or call into the Ticket Office on Pulteney Bridge to secure your seats amongst the action.
