Thompson Cowan has been selected by Wales Under-20s to take on England Under-20s in the U20 Six Nations.
The Academy back row impressed on his full debut in Round 2, helping his country to an impressive win over Scotland Under-20s after falling short against Ireland Under-20s on the opening weekend.
Cowan started at blindside flanker last time out and continues there as Wales head to Doncaster Knights' Castle Park on Friday night.
