Our first season of using access control is almost complete. It has enabled us to control supporter access through various entry points at the Rec. and allowed us to load all season games onto one card per client using a bar code system. We will also be able to reactivate your season card when you renew the same seat at the same price category therefore please do not dispose of the season ticket at the end of April!.
Moving forward into next season we will be encouraging fans to refer more frequently to their CLIENT REFERENCE NUMBER stated on the Season/Membership card.
Whenever booking for matches it will be crucial that the client reference number is quoted and that this unique reference number is linked correctly when using e-ticketing via the Bath Rugby website.
Supporters booking tickets online will access the e-tickets site through the 'Tickets and Travel' tab.
This tab will lead supporters to the e-tickets site where those with season cards should 'Sign in'.
On selecting 'Sign In' supporters are directed to a registration link:
If you have a season ticket or membership and have never used the website before, you must select 'activate my account/quote client reference'. You will then be prompted to input your client reference number and Surname before activation and verification of your personal details.
Once you have accessed this E-tickets site, whether as a season ticket holder/member or as a general purchaser, you should always input your email address and password the next time you access the site. If you cannot remember your password you can select 'Forgot password' and a temporary code will be sent to your email account.
Please note that if you do not use the exact email address or password registered on the database you will be creating a secondary account which will be unrelated to your season ticket/membership/or previous account registration.
Once you have signed in, If the name or client reference number appearing in brackets does not match that on your season ticket or membership card, you will not receive the same booking privileges available as a season ticket holder and will be prompted accordingly. Do not attempt to reregister as this will result in numerous accounts being created. Please call the Ticket office on 0844 448 1865 who will merge records leaving your correct reference active.
You can now proceed to book safe in the knowledge that all bookings are linked to your correct record.
