Billy Moss is a young Bath Academy product, who is on a dual registration loan with London Welsh for the 2011/12 season.

Equally adept on either side of the scrum, Billy has represented England at U18, U19 and Under 20 level, being a part of the U20's squad who made it to the IRB Junior World Championship final in Wales in 2008.
