Tom Dunn

Tom Dunn

Position:

Prop/Hooker

Date of birth:

12th Nov 1992

Height:

1.87m (6' 2")

Weight:

106kg (16st 10lb)

In the 2012/13 season, Tom Dunn's notable performances at loosehead prop in the A League for Bath United convinced 1st XV forwards coach Neal Hatley that the Chippenham product had what it takes – to play at hooker. Dunn answered an injury crisis in that position as a substitute in the 67-11 defeat of Calvisano, coming off the bench to make his first appearance in the senior squad.

Currently studying at the University of Bath, he turned out for England Students for the first time last season in a narrow 22-18 loss to France Universities in Richmond – only a month after making his first start for Bath Rugby's senior squad.

As a former prop, Dunn brings his effective scrummaging and ball-carrying to play in his new role at hooker.
