Mercer to captain Bath United

Guy Mercer will captain Bath United tonight as they take on London Wasps A in the Aviva A League at Henley, kick-off 19.30.

Mercer is joined in the back row by Josh Ovens and Will Skuse, with Will Spencer and Jake Oldaker starting in the engine room. Charlie Beech and Kane Palma-Newport pack down either side of Will Tanner in the front row.

Chris Cook combines with Academy fly-half Ollie Devoto in the half-backs, with Semesa Rokoduguni and Richard Lane out wide on the wings. Sam Vesty adds experience in the centres, where he partners University Scholar Alex Brown, as JJ Kilmartin completes the starting line-up at fullback.

United will be looking to get their first win of the A league season under their belts, after they were narrowly defeated away at Exeter Chiefs in their first run out of the season, 30-29.

General entry tonight to Henley is £5 and it's just £1 for U16s. Parking is available at the ground for £5.
