Bath Rugby Community Team visit Bathampton Primary

On Monday 22nd April the Bath Rugby Community Team attended Bathampton Primary School for a morning of tag rugby fun!

Bathampton Primary are being visited by children from Lime Tree School, near Lyon, France who are on a week long visit to the UK. With Lime Tree having various activities and sightseeing trips planned, the Community Team were invited by Bathampton Primary to run a fun session that all the children could participate in.

With over 50 English and French children in attendance it proved to be a very busy morning! The children joined together to play a variety of tag rugby based games which included scatter tag, rugby stuck in the mud and team tag evasion, the enthusiasm shown by all the children was wonderful to see and by the end of the morning many new friendships had been made.

The Bath Rugby community team would like to thank Bathampton Primary and Lime Tree for the welcome shown and for making it a very enjoyable morning.
