Annual Hospitality

Annual Hospitality for the 2013/14 season is now on sale.

This season we currently have availability in all three of out hospitality suites.  Therefore, whether you prefer the casual and relaxed atmosphere of the Riverview Suite, the friendliness and club-like feel of the Premier Lounge or the more formal corporate hospitality offered in the VIP Suite, the choice is yours!

The Riverview Suite - The picturesque River Avon view creates the perfect setting for those looking for a little extra from their seson ticket.

Package includes:

• Beers, wines and soft drinks for two hours pre-match
• Extensive three course hot and cold buffet
• Player Q & A
• Season Ticket in 6X Stand
• Half-time drinks and tea and coffee
• Matchday programme

Price £1,575 pp + vat

The Premier Lounge - A mix of informal client entertainment and a gathering of rugby enthusiasts wrapped up in one great hospitality package.

Package includes:

• Match ticket in the 6X Stand
• Beers, wines and soft drinks for two hours prior to kick-off
• Three course hot and cold buffet
• Player Q & A
• Matchday programme
• Half-time tea and coffee
• Opportunity to join players and their guests post-match in the Premier Lounge (cash bar)
• One parking space with every 4 memberships booked
• Option to buy tickets for selected England International matches held at Twickenham

Price £1,950 pp + vat

The VIP Suite - Fantastic hospitality, dedicated staff and visits from the Bath Rugby players creates a truly memorable experience.

Package includes:

• Table for ten guests at each of our 16 home matches
• Beers, wines and soft drinks for three hours pre-match and two hours post-match
• 3 course lunch
• Player Q & A
• Matchday programme
• Covered match tickets
• Post-match refreshments
• A player to join your table once during the season
• Option to buy tickets for selected England International matches played at Twickenham

Price £18,360 + vat (Based on a table of 10 guests attending 16 home games.)
