Jimmy Deane

Jimmy Deane joined Bath Rugby in May 2001 as the first part-time Community Development Officer.  He grew up in Bath and joined the Club as a schoolboy and went on to make nearly 100 appearances for the 1st Team.  He has been extremely successful off the field becoming the Bath Rugby Community Foundation Manager. He is also an RFU Level 3 coach.

Pam Burke

Pam Burke joined Bath Rugby in October 1998 as part-time receptionist.  After working as Marketing Assistant and running the Front Row club her role changed in 2002 to Community Co-ordinator.  Pam’s role entails co-ordination of all Player Appearances and working on a variety of projects  within the Foundation.

Vicky Heslop

Vicky joined the Community team in January 2007 having played for the Ladies side since 2004. She is an RFU Level 2 coach and has an MA in French and Italian. Vicky works on the Girls Rugby and Education programmes and runs Language Through Sport as well as being involved in the other Foundation projects.

Caryl Thomas

Caryl Thomas is a RFU level 2 coach working full time as a community coach at the club.  She began in September 2008 and is currently involved in the Sitec /Sportsmatch Inclusion Project, Rugby Tots, Breakthrough mentoring project and is one of the coaches for the Girls Development Squad. She plays for Bath Rugby Ladies and is also a Welsh International.

Steve Middleton

Steve, an RFU Level 2 coach started working for the Foundation in 2003.  Steve is currently involved in the IPL/Sportsmatch Tag Rugby, Girls Development Programme, The Inclusion programme and the NSPCC Anti Bullying Scheme.

Karen Gill

Joined Bath Rugby in July 2003 as full-time Receptionist. She is also Chairperson of the Ladies Team and is the Course Coordinator for the rugby masterclasses.
