| Key components of the role include:
• Day to day management of the Ticket Office and dealing with Supporter queries
• Ticket Marketing – season tickets and match day tickets
• Ticket System management – staff training, system set-up and database management
• Liaison with other departments – hospitality, team and match officials tickets.
The successful candidate will have good people management skills and experience in customer service, with excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Full training will be provided but experience with ticket systems will be an advantage.
