| Grewcock was banned for stamping in the game against Sale Sharks on December 22nd and Mears for a similar offence in the game against Bristol Rugby at Ashton Gate on December 27th.
Both players pleaded guilty and both will be free to play again on January 11th.
The cases were heard at the Bristol Filton Holiday Inn by a panel of Christopher Quinlan (chairman), John Doubleday and David Martin.
