This promotion is by application form only.  Due to the volume of calls anticipated in the Ticket Office for our European Challenge Cup Quarter Final against Leeds on Saturday 5th April they are not able to take telephone bookings for this special Guinness Premiership Final promotion.  Instead, you simply need to return the application forms by post to:

The deadline for returning completed applications is Wednesday 2nd April.  Tickets will be mailed to the first 500 takers by the end of April (you will however be emailed confirmation that you have secured your tickets once we receive your application).  All tickets purchased under this special offer are adult tickets (there are no concession rates available), however, adult tickets can be used by juniors.  The tickets being made available to us by Twickenham for this special offer are located in the upper tiers but will be situated between the halfway and the 22m line. 

All tickets booked under this special offer are strictly non-refundable and are subject to a 50p booking fee per tickets (unless you are a Bath Rugby Season Ticket Holder or Member).
